We are proud to present Karat’s inaugural Brilliant Black Minds Annual Community Report!
This update is both a reflection of the tremendous progress we’ve made over the past year and a celebration of how our community has come together to break down barriers, foster brilliance, and unlock opportunities.
Reflecting back, we have some wonderful success stories and learnings to share. Highlights include:
- Growing our community by more than 150% last year to reach over 7,500 members
- Providing the BBM community with 7,200+ free practice interviews all-time
- Welcoming 7 new leading employers to our Partners of Brilliance coalition in 2023
- Launching new programming for our community including Interview Accelerators, in-person events, and additional self-study courses and interview prep material
