Karat’s skilled global Interview Engineers (IVEs) conduct interviews for software companies worldwide. In the Brilliant Black Minds program, we provide experienced IVEs who are also mentors, chosen for their expertise and commitment.
Our technical interviews will primarily focus on your coding skills leveraging data structures and algorithms. Coding questions are meant to test your foundational skills as an engineer, including variables, functions/return styles, string manipulation, recursion, hashmaps, and more.
