I no longer feel alone in the industry. The care and community that I’ve seen in BBM is powerful and it feels like there is a permanent space for us. AfroTech is fantastic for a week, but BBM is all the time and I feel like this is exactly what we were missing.”

BBM addresses more than just code; this community goes into specifics about career building and networking which has helped me in navigating the industry.”
